Through the years E.A.C.H. Founder, McLane Layton, has been at the forefront of the effort to reform immigration processes and other bureaucratic issues adoptive families of children with HIV/AIDS and severe special needs have faced. Because of the efforts of E.A.C.H we have witnessed enormous strides for the benefit of children. Project HOPEFUL continues to rely on our partnership with E.A.C.H. as an integral part of helping us assist children coming home.
